Exhibitor Information

Conference attendees will have ample opportunity to visit the exhibit hall throughout the day on Wednesday, October 16. In addition, extended morning and afternoon breaks have been included in the schedule to give exhibits maximum exposure to conference attendees.

The fees include (1) – 8’ table with black drape and two chairs

For-profit Organizations: $250.00
Not-for-profit Organizations: $150.00
Additional Exhibitors (each): $50.00

Boxes can be shipped to the Bone Student Center and can arrive no earlier than Monday, October 14. Ship to:

TABLE ASSIGNMENTS

Space is limited, so register early! Each exhibit space is assigned based on the receipt of registration and payment. Payment must be received prior to your table being assigned. The Office of Women’s Health reserves the right to make assignments or reassignments as necessary.

EQUIPMENT / ELECTRICITY NEEDS

Each exhibitor will receive access to (1) standard 20amp electrical outlet and Wi-Fi. If more electricity is required, charges will apply. Any additional equipment will need to be mentioned when filling out the online registration form. Additional charges will apply. PRINTED MATERIALS

The deadline for inclusion in printed materials is Friday, September 20. All logos must be received by this date or they will not be included. Send your logo to Megan at memccan@ilstu.edu.
